The main entrance to the Burj Khalifa is via Dubai Mall. As you approach the Burj Khalifa elevator from the Dubai Mall's lower ground floor, you will see two separate elevator lines for those who have bought At The Top Burj Khalifa tickets and those who prefer to visit other accessible floors without tickets.
You must take the Burj Khalifa elevator, which is located on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall. You may drive down to the Dubai Mall or take the bus or metro.
