You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity.
Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
We recommend carrying sunglasses, hats and sun protection cream.
Two-meter-clear distance between people, and four-meter clear distance between two groups of people.
Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
Please be prepared with appropriate water activity clothing as you will get soaked and due to current situation you must bring your own towel.
Compulsory wearing of mask and gloves for all guests (including children).
Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year, but sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months.
Public toilets are available in the general outlet areas at the promenade and we have portable pop up changing tents and fresh water to rinse off in our prep area.
The trip might be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions or safety measures.
For your safety, kindly ensure that you are in compliance with the guiding team instructions at all times.
This tour is not recommended for pregnant women and guests with heart or respiratory conditions and with back or neck injuries
Travelers must know how to swim to join the Mangrove Kayaking Abu Dhabi.
There are designated boxes to secure your belongings at Mangrove Kayaking Abu Dhabi.
Guidelines issued by the respective State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
Passport and Emirates ID are mandatory to be carried during this Tour.

The Pick up will be arranged from your Abu Dhabi Hotel / Residence only and not from the Airport.
Al hosn app required only for residents people, tourist need to show RT PCR Report and vaccination certificate.
Required 96 hours valid RT PCR test report (UAE based lab).
A Fully Vaccinated report required.
Children under 10 years will not be allowed for this activity Children between age 10 to 18 will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.

- If cancellation is made 1 days or more before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

I think Abu Dhabi’s mangrove tours are one of the least talked about experiences. I only came across it on the thrillophilia page and was quite amazed at how good the tours were. The scenery, the whole boat ride and the crew, everything was exceptional.
