- You have to be at least 4 years old and above or at least 120 cm tall to be able to take part in Flying Cup Experience.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Guidelines issued by the respective Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to experience Flying Cup.
- Guests are advised to dress according to the weather. Please be advised that at the 40-meter height the wind can be stronger and the temperature can be lower than usual. Once the platform has already been lifted, Flying Cup will not lower the platform for you if you request to change your attire, shoes, etc.
- The pick-up will be provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
- Food brought from outside is not allowed at Flying cup.
- Flying Cup may postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
