Must Know Before You Go for Jabel Jais Zipline
- It is mandatory for every participant to bring their original passport or Emirates ID to be presented at the counter.
- The tour is available on all days of the week except on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Guests are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity
- You must wear sturdy trainers, running shoes, or closed-toe shoes with good grip (flip flops or loose footwear not allowed)
- Take home your experience by availing yourself of the photo and video services for an additional fee.
- This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
- This experience is designed to suit guests of average fitness and mobility.
- No alcohol or recreational drugs are to be consumed at least 1 day(s) prior to this activity. If the participant is found to be under the influence of any illegal or impairing substance, he/she will not be allowed to participate due to safety reasons and no refunds will be given
