In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will provide an alternate feasible date for the dive. However, a cash refund will only be applicable if the operator agrees on the same. If rescheduling requests are made 96 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees. If rescheduling requests are made between 0 to 72 hours before the date of travel, 10% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

WONDERFUL experience & very friendly staff

- Wait time is 3 hrs+ even if you do have an appointment
- Experience is worth the wait
- Very friendly staff from receptionist to the instructor who will be jumping with you and the photographer too
- Ensure you wear something light and comfy (sports shoe & pants is a must - I would recommend light hiking pants in specific)
- You’ll receive your video/photos after the jump within max 24 hrs through link via e-mail (I personally received it in less than an hour)
- I don’t think I should write about the view. Its simply The Palm, Dubai - The Beautiful Dubai!
- I skydived in Summer (May) at around 1 PM, yet the weather up was cool and comfortable
- You will receive all instructions twice on the ground and the instructor will keep updating/reminding you in the air
- You will have time in the air to fly peacefully and discover the different view sides from the air (little air tour)

You’re missing on a lot for not skydiving yet. I personally wished I did long time ago.

I don’t know how to rate Skydive Dubai highly enough.

I had not done a skydive before but after the totally positive and exciting experience with Skydive Dubai I know I will be coming back for more.

Everything about the process was simple and efficient from the booking and preparation, to the routine and atmosphere on the day. I barely got nervous simply because I felt such confidence and safety in everything they do, and yet they manage to make the whole experience fun and enjoyable.

The Skydive Centre is modern, clean, and smart. The video tutorial before meeting your instructor is slick and comprehensive and whilst you wait the coffee shop overlooking the runway and landing area is glorious.

I had Dylan, who is a total Kiwi legend, and my cameraman was a cool guy called Alex. They were amazing but every instructor I saw looked brilliant - friendly, funny, charming but serious when they need to be.

My video footage failed which I was initially gutted about. But, they immediately offered me a re-jump and it was a blessing in disguise. Second time round I got to control the chute, Dylan got us spinning in free fall and we did a couple of cool chute spins.

Overall this was a wonderful experience with great customer service and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

The ONLY thing I’d say - I would really have loved the raw footage from the jump, but you only get an edited version with music instead of the sound from the jump (wind/screaming etc) and various sections in slow-mo, but really what I’d like is to get to see it in real time. [If anyone reads this and is able to do anything about this please let me know!]

A must do in Dubai! Be sure to book in advance though! The whole experience was exceptional! The whole process and the instructor's are so professional and really make you feel informed about how to safely do the jump and enjoy the experience and leave you feeling very assured, calm and comfortable with the process. The video and pictures they captured were excellent and memories I can now cherish forever.

Had an amazing experience flying over the Palm Jumeirah. Well, it's skydiving! Everything was good from start till the end (except the part where I had to jump out of the plane, Which was a bit scary😂). Tandem instructor was quite experienced with 10k jumps on his name. Loved the overall experience at Skydive Dubai.

It's unforgettable experience, my booking was for yesterday but due to the high wind it's rescheduled for today so don't lose hope if your booking rescheduled! They're amazing that I got it in the next day!
Very professional team, I jumped with a woman from Poland she's very professional and friendly!❤️
